Bayer Young Environmental Envoy |
The Bayer Young Environmental Envoy (BYEE) programme is a global environment education programme for youth jointly organised by Bayer and the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) to develop young leaders in environmental protection and to raise the level of environmental awareness among youth. |
|
Since 2006, the programme has sent Malaysian youths to Germany to join youth from all over the world to learn about Germany’s environmental protection measures and connect with each other. |
|
The programme is supported by local environment organisation Treat Every Environment Special (TrEES) and the Universiti Putra Malaysia. |

Malaysian Nature Society |
The Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) is the largest local environmental NGO in Malaysia that has been involved in conservation programmes, promoting environmental education, and establishing parks and centres in Malaysia. |
|
The society runs educational programmes through activities such as talks, excursions, and camping trips, which are available to both members of the public and students. Students have also been involved in scientific expeditions where they assist Malaysian researchers in their work and with various environmental publications and papers. |
|
The MNS has established nature education and field study centres around the country where they conduct environmental activities such as jungle trekking and studies on the ecosystem. |

Yayasan Anak Warisan Alam |
Yayasan Anak Warisan Alam, (YAWA), meaning "Children's Environmental Heritage Foundation", is a non-profit, non-government organisation founded in 1990 as an informal group to instill care and concern for the environment in young Malaysians. |
|
YAWA has worked with local and international organisations to organise over 100 environmental projects involving hundreds of children, including numerous local and international conferences, conservation projects, and research activities. It is the first Malaysian youth organisation to earn the Global 500 Environment Award Roll of Honour for its environmental achievements. |
